Terry Mcgrail
Terry has an extensive career in research and development for the polymers and composites industries at an international level. In 2001, he joined Cytec Engineered Materials Ltd, a world leader in the supply of composites, adhesives, and carbon fibre into aerospace, as the Director of Strategic Research & Technology and in September 2010, he became the Director at the Irish Centre for Composites Research (IComp). Terry has over 85 patents related to composites to his name. He brings to PlasmaBound his industrial and materials expertise, deep network connections, and a great enthusiasm for all things composite!
Brendan is an experienced Innovation practitioner with a strong background in engineering and business development. He has previously worked in start-up companies like Lattice Semiconductor and has applied his innovation skills in large corporate sector in the development of new green-field site to enhance international business opportunity at Xilinx. He brings to PlasmaBound key expertise in technology commercialisation, innovation management and international scaling.
